Angel García Crespo is the Head of the SofLab Group at the Computer Science Department in the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid and the Head of the Institute for promotion of Innovation Pedro Juan de Lastanosa. He holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid (Award from the Instituto J.A. Artigas to the best thesis) and received an Executive MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. He has also led and actively contributed to large European Projects, and in many business cooperations. Angel García Crespo is the author of more than a hundred publications in conferences, journals and books, both Spanish and international. In 2010, he was appointed Coordinator of the Ibero-American network MELISA for the promotion and development of audiovisual accessibility in which the main Latin American countries participate.

Tiago Silva Lopes is currently Director of Content and Product TV at Meo. Prior to assuming this office, he held, in the PT Group, the positions of Director of Digital Transformation in Meo, Director of Data and Multiplatform Content of TMN, Director of SAPO Portal and Information and List services in PT Comunicações, Director of Customer Care at PT.com and Head of Internet Product Management at Telepac.
